We are a “Travel Active” school and encourage walking, cycling, or scooting!

- Buses 16 & 17: Stop nearby at Fishmarket Square.
Communication Guidelines
To ensure we give your queries the attention they deserve, we follow these communication standards:
Email Response Times: In accordance with City of Edinburgh Council policy, we strive to reply to general inquiries within 10 working days. For formal complaints, the initial response will be given within 5 working days.
Urgent Matters: If you have an urgent safeguarding concern or an emergency regarding your child’s welfare, please call the office immediately rather than emailing.
Scheduled Appointments: To provide you with dedicated time for a full, uninterrupted discussion, we ask that you arrange appointments in advance. We generally cannot accommodate same-day or drop-in meetings.
